5-day Distilling Workshop
Overview
Introduction:
- Day One: Mash in Whiskey/Distill Brandy
- Day Two: Ferment molasses/ Distill Brandy (low wines)
- Day Three: Distill Gin/Ferment agave
- Day Four: Distill Rum/ Ironroot workshop
- Day Five: Distill Whiskey (stripping/spirits run and barreling.)
